Is CharterX a bus company?

CharterX is the technology platform connecting group travel with transportation operators. ETI Limo & Charter is its flagship operating environment. The platform brings the request, vehicle coordination, and trip information together.

Can one booking involve multiple vehicles or operators?

Yes. Micro-Booking gives each vehicle requirement its own assignment, so different operators can cover parts of the same booking while the customer keeps one connected plan. The vehicle mix and availability are confirmed for the actual trip.

Can operators use CharterX with their own websites?

Yes. The CharterX quote widget connects requests from an operator's website to the operator workspace. Website requests and marketplace trips remain identifiable by source. Talk with our team about setup for your business.

What happens when I request a quote?

Start with your pickup, destination, date, and group size. From there, continue through the quote experience or share your contact details for follow-up. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or charge a payment.
