By accessing or using the CharterX pre-launch website located at gocharterx.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
CharterX is developing a technology-driven marketplace and control plane for group transportation. The current Site is an informational landing page intended to provide updates regarding the platform and to collect contact information for our early access waitlist.
By submitting your email address to join the “Customer” or “Operator” waitlist, you agree to receive communications from CharterX regarding our platform launch, product updates, and early access invitations. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform upon launch, nor does it create any binding commercial obligation between you and CharterX. We reserve the right to admit users from the waitlist at our sole discretion.
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, software, and underlying source code on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of CharterX (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Site to:
Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or networks.
Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to interact with the Site or collect data.
The Site and all information contained herein are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CharterX makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, the accuracy of the information, or the timeline for the launch of the final CharterX platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CharterX, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your participation in the waitlist.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
